Below we have detailed how to beat Escue, what attacks it throws at you, and how you should counter attack

How to Beat Escue

Escue immediately begins with its three main attacks, starting with the multiple projectiles that come flying at you. This attack is pretty annoying and tricky to avoid, requiring you to completely reposition to avoid the 5-6 projectiles homing in at your last location. The projectiles are also erratically flying at you, making you guess their final location.

The other two attacks are the purple orb that flies in a straight line at you, sticks itself into the ground if it misses, and explodes after a second, sending a shockwave that follows the entire battleground. This attack forces to you jump up at the right moment but are tough when you are also managing the purple projectiles.

The other main attack is when Escue goes for a melee hit. In this attack, Escue will fly down charging at you, looking for a quick hit. This attack needs to be avoided by jumping or dodging away.

Your strategy in the fight is going to be very straightforward. In addition to avoiding attacks, you need to hit the boss with ice missiles or with charged beams. This is because the boss is immune to your attacks, as indicated by the purple electricity around it indicating that your attacks are not hurting it. Your ice missiles or the charged beam attacks will hurt its defense and make it vulnerable to attacks.

When you have dealt enough damage, the second phase of the battle will begin when Escue will change itself to X-Parasite. The boss will follow you relentlessly to hit you with contact, forcing you to jump over and run to the other end. Every time you hit the boss, it will flash indicating that it becomes immune to your hits for a few hits. Whenever you do land a shot, it will release green orbs that heal you.
