Ubisoft has announced that Season Four Episode One: The Contractor for The Crew 2 is arriving today for all players in the form of a free update. The update will release on all platforms simultaneously including Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC, and Google Stadia. The Crew 2 is also now available via Ubisoft+ on PC, Stadia, and Amazon Luna so players can use Ubisoft’s premium service to jump in The Cre 2’s latest update as well.
The Contractor is probably the biggest update for the game because, for the first time in The Crew 2, this season will bring new open-world activities in the form of a new delivery fantasy: Urban Services. In Episode 1, players will roam around Las Vegas, New York, Miami, Detroit, and Los Angeles and complete delivery missions for 3 different urban services companies Marco’s Cab, Diamond Limousine, and Rocket Co.
Today, you will be able to grab the Ford Crown Victoria Marco’s Cab (Street Race) for just 1 CC as well which equals 10 bucks. You can avail this discount right at the launch if you are interested in getting your hands on the sweet new ride. Season Four Episode One: The Contractor is also bringing a new version of the option multi-tiered reward system: The Motorpass.
It will include both free and premium rewards including vehicles such as Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio Ed. (Street race), the Chrysler 300 SRT8® Limousine (Street Race), the Cadillac Coupe Deville Marco’s Cab (Street Race), and the Chevrolet 3100 The Rocket Co. (Street Race). Apart from the Motorpass, Season Four Episode One: The Contractor will also continue to receive free monthly vehicle drops such as Ford Crown Victoria (Street Race), the Ford Crown Victoria Limousine (Street Race), or the Chevrolet 3100 (Street Race).
Additional vehicles will arrive over the course of the Episode along with new vanity items such as new rooftops as well as avatar outfits, smokes, tires, underglows, and window tints. The new season is also bringing a new LIVE Summit along with weekly PvP competition events and additional mooded events in the coming weeks. Just like all previous updates, Ubisoft is launching the new Season with a free weekend, and you can try out The Crew 2 for free starting tomorrow November 18 until November 21, 2021. Pre-loads are now open on all platforms for the free weekend.
