Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr Announces Enhanced Version for PS5, Xbox Series X|S

NACON and NeocoreGames have announced the release of Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr Enhanced Edition for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr Enhanced Edition will release for both current-gen consoles later in 2022 coupled with all of the DLC previously released for the game along with various enhancements and new features. This includes all 25 DLCs released for the game along with all of the extensions.

The new and enhanced features include:

  • Native 4k support
  • Higher resolution textures
  • Improved physics, including destructible environment
  • Cross-gen multiplayer modes
  • Fully utilizing DualSense controller on PlayStation 5

Apart from this, the new playable DLC class is also coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, which was announced back in 2021. A release date for the class DLC is not announced at this point however it will arrive after the initial launch of the Enhanced Edition on the current-gen consoles. This DLC includes the new Sororitas class which is an Inquisitor with an Adepta Sororitas background and will bring new class mechanics and item types to Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr.

Warhammer Inquisitor: Martyr Enhanced

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr is a grim action RPG set in the future of the 41st Millennium in which you choose your own class of the Inquisition and carry out the Emperor’s will. The game features brutal combat encounters and a variety of missions as you experience an action-packed story campaign that is set on a haunted fortress-monastery that hides a terrible secret from the past of the Inquisition.

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr is currently available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One and the new Enhanced Edition will release on PC, PS4, and PS5 later in 2022. Additional details will be shared at a later date including a confirmed release date.
