Iceberg Interactive and Game Source Studio have announced their brand-new deck-building title Mahokenshi for PC. Mahokenshi is a tactical deck-building game that is inspired by Japanese mythology and it was announced during the PC Gaming Show 2022. The reveal trailer showcased new visuals and also released a 2023 release window for the title’s PC Steam release.
Mahokenshi is a tactical game that combines deck building and hex-grid strategy. In Mahokenshi, players are given intense tactical freedom as they choose between their cards, different origins, and positioning decisions along with a turn-based strategy. You play as a ‘Mahokenshi’, a samurai mage from one of the Celestial Islands’ four houses, and protect the Kingdom against encroaching corruption.
You will also explore the Celestial Islands, build your card decks and vanquish the demons. While doing so, you will also evolve your character to protect the land from the forces of evil. Check out the reveal trailer for Mahokenshi below which gives you your first look at the game:
