Publisher Wonder People and developer Oscar Mike Studio are hosting the final beta for Super People before it heads towards its early access release later this year. The studio’s latest developer stream was held back on June 15th and during the livestream, the developer shared new information about Super People including a new class and game improvements.
The Titan class comes equipped with a powerful shield and combat skills that allow them to scatter enemies in formation and give your allies a chance to take advantage of the opportunity. This is excellent for crown control or if you want to give yourself a window if a lot of enemies converge on you and your squad suddenly, giving you an open window for a counterattack. This class is all about strategy and giving you and your allies chances to attack which were previously not available with any other class.
Along with the new class reveal, Wonder People also shared that previous beta tests have allowed them to collect valuable user feedback which is currently being used to develop the game and make final changes to it before it is fully released later this year in Early Access. The upcoming final beta test in August will include some of the changes made to the game thanks to this collected user feedback.
It will include simplified recipes, more locations for farming materials to keep hotspots from getting crowded, improved field of view, and a lot of other UI/UX updates. The developer has also addressed security issues of the game by incorporating a new system that will eliminate all hacks and cheats. Players who attempt to abuse the system will be permanently banned in order to keep Super People fair and fun. For new players, the game will also have a player assistance system.
This player assistance system will allow new players to learn the rules and strategies step-by-step before jumping into the full game. This will allow you to learn how to equip different weapons, keep yourself safe with new defensive gear, and more. A dedicated soldier’s barracks will also allow you to test out your weapons and abilities. Wonder People Director Seong-Gon Park commented:
We have read all the user comments and feel a great sense of responsibility to deliver an exciting game. As developers, we are doing our best to deliver the best gaming experience that is both fun and seamless so please look forward to our final beta in August.
