Secret Caches are one of the collectibles in Gotham Knight that can be found on buildings. As they are one of the collectibles, finding all of them in Gotham City will give you the Gotham City Confidential trophy/achievement. Although this collectible is called Secret Caches, they are actually Bruce Wayne’s Hidden Audio Recordings. You can collect the audio file from the cache, which can then can be accessed in Bruce’s Audio Log section in the Collections menu.
