Right in front of the waterfall, on a small patch of dry land, you will find a pile of skulls with the Stun Baton fixed right into the pile. The Stun Baton uses batteries to work as a weapon, which means that it will drain the batteries with use. Eventually, you will need to find more batteries to use the weapon again. Batteries can be found in abandoned camps, caves, and bunkers scattered all around the map of the game.
