Numskull Designs has further expanded its TUBBZ pond with new series across the board with Cosplaying Ducks arriving from Metal Gear Solid, Power Rangers, Dungeons & Dragons, and Giant Stay Puft. The previous weeks have been really busy at the TUBBZ pond and now we have plenty of new ducks to add to our collection. In this new range of TUBBZ, you will find different characters such as Psycho Mantis, Dr. Hal Otacon-Emmerich, Giant Stay Puft, and others which are ready to be purchased from the official Numskull Designs store.
Starting with the Metal Gear Solid series, two new recruits are joining the already-available range of Meta Gear Solid TUBBZ. These include Psycho Mantis and Dr. Hal Otacon-Emmerich which makes the total number of Metal Gear Solid TUBBZ to six where these two will join the roster with Genome Soldier, Gray Fox, Solid Snake, and Revolver Ocelot. Both of these are limited editions and are limited to just 3,000 of each. After the stock runs out, they will be gone for good so if you want to add them to your collection, you only have until they are available in stock.
- Psycho Mantis looks set to unleash his psychic powers on his duckmates. However, he certainly doesn’t want their thoughts in his headspace, so his mask is on to keep unwelcome quack chat at bay.
- Has Dr. Hal Otacon-Emmerich’s latest experiment gone wrong? He doesn’t seem to look like his usual self, he appears to be a duck collectible, although there’s no mistaking him with that hair, glasses, and lab coat.
Next, we have yet another giant TUBBZ coming to the collection, and it is none other than the Giant Stay Puft Marshmallow Man from Ghostbusters. This is yet another limited edition TUBBZ and only 2,000 of these will be made making it one of the rarest TUBBZ out there. The Giant Stay Puft TUBBZ is 150% larger than other TUBBZ in the Ghostbusters range and after its addition, the entire range now has 10 characters to collect including Giant Stay Puft, Peter Venkman, Peter Venkman Slimed, Winston Zeddemore, Egon Spengler, Ray Stantz, Slimer, Janine Melnitz, Stay Puft, and Stay Puft Burnt. All three Stay Puft TUBBZ in the collection have a delicious marshmallow scent.
Moving on, Numskull Designs has announced a brand-new franchise making its TUBBZ debut, Dungeons & Dragons, and has revealed the first two characters joining the TUBBZ range. These are Hank the Ranger and Diana the Acrobat. Check them out in action in the trailer below before we roll the dice for additional details:
Both characters are exact replicas with high-level details making them easily recognizable and really special. Any Dungeons & Dragons fan will be delighted to add them to their collection.
- Hank the Ranger with his mop of blonde hair and his bag of arrows this guy is a born leader, even as a cosplaying duck. He has his bow ready to aim!
- Diana the Acrobat – the gold medallist always has the edge over her opponents when she has her magical javelin to hand. It’s not quite what it looks, so the other ducks better watch out!
The final reveal is yet another new franchise coming to TUBBZ Cosplaying Ducks range and it is none other than Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. The new franchise is getting three new TUBBZ added to the collection however these are limited edition and only 3,000 of each will ever be made. Check out the trailer below to see them in detail:
All three of them are highly detailed and easily recognizable due to their unique colors. The official press release details them as:
- Red Ranger: All zipped up with sword in hand – bring on the action.
- Blue Ranger: Ready for duck pond action, but only if there aren’t any fish. Weapons at the ready, blue suit fits like a glove.
- Pink Ranger: In a stylish pink suit, Pink Ranger is guaranteed to stand out in a crowd…of rubber ducks.
