One of the three World Bosses in Diablo 4 that you will find in the Sanctuary is Ashava. As a World Boss, Ashava is a giant boss that will require more than a few players to beat. This is because of the boss’ size and the devastating attack. The battle with Ashava progresses in multiple stages, where you just have 15 minutes to beat the boss. This is why you require a lot of players to beat Ashava. This guide will show you how to beat Ashava World Boss in Diablo 4, what attacks it will hit you with, and how you can win the battle.
How to Beat Ashava World Boss in Diablo 4
Before you head on to the fight Ashava, make sure that you have enough poison elixirs to heal yourself as the boss will mainly damage you with her poison. You can immediately start attacking Ashava once she shows up from the poison pool as she never has any immunity all throughout the boss battle.
One of the first attacks that Ashava will throw at you is the round sweep that covers a large area where she is standing from. This attack can instantly kill you if you get caught in it, while the worst part is that she usually follows up with another sweep immediately after the first. If you are a ranged character, you will find it very tricky to avoid the attack and then get back again. Alternatively, if you rely on melee hits, you can avoid the sweep by moving yourself closer to Ashava as she tries to get her hands near you.
The second attack is a quick swipe that begins in front of the boss and ends all the way behind her. This is the second most dangerous attack after the round sweep, and getting hit by it will not only poison you but also send you to the brink of death. You should not stand directly in front of the boss’s mouth as she will instantly try to bite you and kill you in a matter of seconds.
Ashava has two more attacks that aren’t as deadly as the first two ones, but they still should be avoided as they still deal a lot of damage. The first of the two is where she spots out poison from her mouth that pools up and stays on the ground. This is more of an obstacle that you have to look out for when moving around. Getting caught in it will poison you and that’s where you will need the poison elixirs to heal.
The second of the two attacks is where she slams on the ground. This is an AoE attack tht is indicated on the ground just as she is about to unleash the ground slam.
Once you have defeated Ashava, the World Boss, you will then have access to many rewards for beating the boss. The rewards include Scattered Prisms, legendary and unique items, and Grand Cache.
