In Wuthering Waves, the gacha system, known as Convenes, lets players draw or pull from different banners to get new characters, referred to as Resonators, and weapons. Unlock Pulling in Wuthering Waves
In Act 1, Chapter 1 of the game, you’ll get to use the Convenes feature while playing the First Resonance main quest. Once you reach Huaxu Academy, you need to talk to Baizhi. After finishing your medical tests, you will be shown how to use the Convene menu. You can find this menu on your Terminal. Also, you will be able to unlock Convenes at reaching Union level 8.

How To Wish
To make a wish on a Convene, you need to have the right type of currency for the specific pull you want to do. For regular banners, you need Lustrous Tide. If you want to wish on limited-time character banners, you’ll need Radiant Tide, and for limited-time weapon banners, you’ll need Forging Tide.
You can also convert Astrites into Tides. The exchange rate is 160 Astrites for one Tide.
