Make Way has already garnered positive reviews on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, achieving a Metacritic score of 83 for PC platforms. One of the standout features of the new PlayStation versions is their full cross-play compatibility with all other editions. This means players on any platform can race together on their collaboratively crafted courses, enhancing the community and competition. Additionally, Make Way is verified on Steam Deck, providing an exceptional handheld racing experience for those on the go.
Make Way offers a unique blend of track-building and racing chaos. Players can mix and match unique track pieces and hazards to create near-endless course configurations, ensuring no two races are ever the same. The game encourages players to fight for weapons and power-ups to gain an advantage over their competitors. As players progress, they can unlock new track pieces and vehicles, adding to the wackiness of the races.
Up to four players can join in, either locally or online with cross-platform multiplayer. Customizable rules allow players to adjust chaos levels, giving them control over safety barriers, hazard placement, and more, tailoring the game to their preferred style of play.
With its arrival on PlayStation and the significant updates provided by the 1.2 patch, Make Way continues to solidify its place as a must-have party racer, offering endless fun and excitement for players across all major gaming platforms.
