Forza Horizon 5 30K Is The Game Treasure Hunt Guide

Winter is going to be a busy month for Forza Horizon 5 players because not only does it come with a beautiful 1991 Toyota Chaser GT Twin Turbo as a reward, but it also comes with three challenges for you to complete. Normal Festival Playlist brings two challenges for you to complete but this unicorn week, we have three challenges to complete in order to unlock the beautiful new machine and add it to your collection. Our Forza Horizon 5 30K Is The Game Treasure Hunt Guide will help you complete this week’s treasure hunt challenge easily.

We will begin by first checking out the treasure clue for this week. The clue states: ‘…and Evolution is in the name! Well spent is the time and money into making a car better.’ This is accompanied by a picture of a 1999 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI GSR. To solve this clue, you need to spend 30,000 CR and purchase upgrades for any vehicle that has Evolution in its name. There is no requirement that it has to be a Mitsubishi because several other brands have cars with the name Evolution in them as well. Check out the list below to see all of the vehicles that have Evolution in their name:

  • 2012 Ferrari 599XX Evolution
  • 1985 Ford RS200 Evolution
  • 1986 Hoonigan Ford RS200 Evolution
  • 1990 Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.5-16 Evolution II
  • 1995 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution III GSR
  • 1997 Mitsubishi Montero Evolution
  • 1999 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI GSR
  • 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII MR
  • 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Sierra Enterprises Time Attack #1
  • 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR
  • 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X GSR
  • 2015 Ultima Evolution Coupé 1020
  • 1983 Volvo 242 Turbo Evolution
  • 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X GSR “Welcome Pack”

Of course, we cannot test with all of these vehicles, but these vehicles should work with Treasure Hunt because these vehicles have the word Evolution in their name and there is no other evidence in the treasure clue that the vehicle has to be from Mitsubishi apart from the picture. Choose any vehicle you like from this list and head to the workshop. Spend 30K on upgrades and when you return to the freeroam, the game should say that you have completed the challenge.
