In a surprise collaboration, the creators of Altered Alma have teamed up with The Game Kitchen, developers of the hit indie game Blasphemous 2, to deliver a unique crossover experience that blends the two distinct game worlds. The upcoming cyberpunk Metroidvania Altered Alma has announced an exciting new addition to its universe with the release of a free DLC titled Neon & Miracle. Thanks to the overwhelming support from its successful Kickstarter campaign, this new content will be available to both backers and new players alike.
The Neon & Miracle DLC introduces you to a thrilling new storyline. The narrative begins when Altered Alma’s protagonist, Jackelyne, conducts an experiment with the powerful Crucible device. However, the experiment goes horribly wrong, opening a portal to the dark and twisted land of Cvstodia from Blasphemous. As a result, the iconic character The Penitent One finds himself trapped in the cyberpunk world of Neo Barcelona. To restore balance, you must race against time, undertaking parkour challenges in a digital landscape to repair the malfunctioning Crucible.
