Below we have listed all of the 13 Hugo’s Herbarium collected and detailed their locations.
Herbarium #1 – Carnations (Chapter 3: Retribution)
This collectible is located in the churchyard, where Hugo will walk straight into it.
Herbarium #2 – Aquilegia (Chapter 4: The Apprentice)
This collectible can be found by a tree that is behind Laurentius’ house.
Herbarium #3 – Gladiolus (Chapter 5: The Raven’s Spoils)
This collectible will be at a location where the road will split and Hugo will run through the aqueduct on the right. You should head left and head an uphill, all the way back to where the boat was.
Herbarium #4 – Hawthorn (Chapter 7: The Path Before Us)
This collectible can be found after the mill puzzle, where it will be inside the very last house, towards the northeast from where you enter this area.
Herbarium #5 – St John’s Wort (Chapter 8: Our Home)
This collectible can be found after the cutscene where you hang the necklaces on the tree branches. The collectible will be right next to where Hugo is kneeling.
Herbarium #6 – Lavender (Chapter 9: I the Shadow of Ramparts)
This collectible will right at eh beginning of the level, and behind a tree and a fallen tree trunk.
Herbarium #7 – Daisy (Chapter 10: The Way of Roses)
This collectible will be inside a small alcove. This is also the place that you let the rats out to get rid of the two guards here.
Herbarium #8 – Rhododendron (Chapter 11: Alive)
This collectible can be found on the ground of the outer rings of the castle’s yard. It is also where you are supposed to investigate the symbol on the ground with Rodric.
Herbarium #9 – Cinquefoil (Chapter 12: All That Remains)
This collectible will be right after you exit the house, and take the left to the narrow path leading down.
Herbarium #10 – Daffodil (Chapter 13: Penance)
To get this collectible, you need to release Hugo and look for an opening between two trees that will be on the right. Hugo will walk straight into it.
Herbarium #11 – Black Nightshade (Chapter 14: Blood Ties)
This collectible can be found in the garden, and in the back towards the right corner from where you entered. Look between some hedges.
Herbarium #12 – Rockfoils (Chapter 15: Remembrance)
This collectible is at the beginning of Chapter 15, where you need to take a right after going through the door that is closest to Lucas.
Herbarium #13 – Christmas Rose (Chapter 16: Coronation)
This collectible can be found right when the guards come searching for you while Rodric is trying to knock the door down. Kill the guards and then go through the door that they came from. Here you can find the Herbarium at the end of the pathway near some grass.
