Ace Combat 7 will be giving away free American Skins to players in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Ace Combat Series. The announcement was made by the developer, Bandai Namco, who announced the free content for players.

The free skins will be available tomorrow, August 20, where a free update will include the skins for you to claim.

The first skin is the Jolly Rogers Skin which will be for the F-14D Super Tomcat and the F/A-18F Super Hornet. The second is the Patriot Skin for the F-16C Fighting Falcon and F-15C Eagle. The last is the Red Devils Skin again for the F/A-18F Super Hornet fighter aircraft.

Remember to claim the skins once the update goes live tomorrow. Bandai Namco will be releasing the update across all the platforms that the game is available on. This includes the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Last month, we got to see the latest trailer for the game’s DLC called Operation Sighthound, planned for a release next month on September 4, 2020. Operation Sighthound is the first DLC mission for Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown. This mission is included in the Season Pass which promises three additional missions at one price and it will be followed by two missions which will be revealed at a later stage.

Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown was released back in January 2019 and it is one of the best games in the franchise so far. Ace Combat as a franchise was on the brink of shutting down however this latest title has breathed a new life in the franchise and it has certainly paved a way towards more titles to follow its path. The new DLC missions are certainly keeping fans happy.
