New Ace Combat 7 Trailer Showcases A-10C Warthog in Action

Ace Combat 7

Bandai Namco has just revealed a new trailer for their upcoming Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown and it showcases A-10C Warthog which is basically one of the bombers ever created. The reveal shows that players will be able to fly the A-10C Warthog in Ace Combat 7 when it comes out.

Check out the newest trailer below.

This reveals another plane for the fighters that they will be able to fly in the Ace Combat 7. A-10C Warthog is known to be a very good fighter bomber. It is not the best one when it comes to modern technology but it has proven its worth over the battlefield with its accuracy and as an excellent plane for strafing runs.

The A-10c can be used in air-combat as well as in ground combat. Although it is as agile as the other modern fighters, its 30mm GAU-8 Avenger rotary canon at the front ensures that anything that comes in its line of fire does not survive for long. It also boasts solid armor which allows it to take a serious beating before it goes down.

Its addition to Ace Combat 7 is a great thing as it is indeed one of the best fighter/bomber planes that are currently in service. In addition to the A-10C reveal today, Bandai Namco had earlier announced Eurofighter Typhoon in a trailer.

The current confirmed lineup of fighters and bombers in Ace Combat 7 is as follows.

  • F-22/A Raptor
  • F-35C Lightning II
  • Eurofighter Typhoon
  • Sukhoi-35 Flanker E
  • F-16C Fighting Falcon
  • F/A-18F Super Hornet
  • A-10A Thunderbolt II
  • Sukhoi-33 Flanker D
  • F-15C, F-15E, F-15K
  • Sukhoi-30SM
  • Mig-29A Fulcrum
  • F-14D Tomcat
  • F-2A
  • A-10C ‘Warthog’ Thunderbolt II

Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown is slated to release on PS4 and Xbox One on January 18, 2018 and PC on February 1.
