Feral Interactive has announced the release date for the Nintendo Switch release of Alien: Isolation. Players will be able to experience the horror on Nintendo’s flagship console next month on December 5, 2019. The AAA survival horror title was originally released on Xbox One, PS4 and PC back in 2014 and now Nintendo Switch players will be able to experience this brilliant horror title.
Alien: Isolation was originally developed by Creative Assembly and published by SEGA and it won multiple awards. It was critically acclaimed for its tense, atmospheric gameplay and fidelity to the production values of director Ridley Scott’s 1979 film Alien. The game is set fifteen years after the events of the film and features Ellen Ripley’s daughter Amanda Ripley. Amanda is trying to figure out the truth behind her mother’s disappearance.
Players step in the shoes of Amanda and explore the remote space station Sevastopol along with a few desperate survivors. They will need to stay out of sight and use their wits to survive the ever-threatening and unstoppable Alien who is stalking them on the space station. The game features an extremely intelligent AI system for the Alien who learns from player’s mistakes and uses them for its own advantage.
