Expanding Your Clan
Building and maintain a healthy clan is vital for survival in Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey. You must note that as you expand your clan, it will act as a community and will have a wide variety of primates in it ranging from babies, young, mature and old both female and male. The more you expand your clan, the more diversified it gets along the way. Some will die of disease, weather conditions, become prey to numerous predators or even of old age.
To make sure that your clan always stays high in numbers, you will be required to seek out new members continuously. You can also make some babies to expand your clan however the best way is to find some outsiders and bring them inside your clan because they also bring with them something useful often. The process to bring outsides to your clan is not very difficult.
To do so, all you need to do is simply find the outsider, interact with them try to solve their problems. Most of the time, their problems will range from simple food or thirst or could be something serious like healing them after a predator attack or helping them fight off a predator in certain cases. How to Rename Your Clan Members
All clan members in your clan will have a certain name assigned to them by the game itself. If you are not happy with someone’s name, you can simply change their name. To do so, head to the clan member who deserves a better name, analyze them and then while the info screen is displayed, look to the left side where you will see the option to change their name.
Once you find it, choose it and then you can randomly generate a new name. You cannot enter a custom name because the developers knew that players will get really creative with them. You can keep rolling until you find the perfect name for your clan member. Once you have satisfied you can save the name or simply go back without saving to keep their original name as it was before you meddled with their identity.
