Where to Find All Ascension Materials for Baizhu in Genshin Impact
As you can see, and much like when you had to find materials for Qiqi, you need a lot of materials, especially Violetgrass. There are four different Nagadus materials as well in addition to Fungal Spores, Luminescent Pollen, and Cyst Dust.
All of the materials can be found all throughout the map, where some are concentrated in specific regions of the map for you to find.
How to Get Nagadus Emerald Chunks, Gemstones, Slivers, and Fragments
To get all the Nagadus Emerald materials, which includes the Gemstones, Fragments, and Chunks, you need to find and beat the following bosses:
- Warden of the Last Oasis
- Terrorshroom
- Jadeplume
- Dendro Hypostasis
As for the Nagadus Emerald Sliver, you can beat any boss, regardless of their level, and obtain the sliver from the dropped loot.
How to Get Evergloom Rings
Evergloom Rings lets you level up your character, which makes it a very valuable item. Unfortunately, this also makes it a tough material to obtain. To get Evergloom Rings, you need to beat the new world boss in the game called Iniquitous Baptist.

Beating this boss will give you around 2 to 4 Evergloom Rings after each successful boss fight. The Ascension material requirement asks for 36 of these items, meaning that you will have to fight this boss a lot of times.
How to Get Fungal Spores
Fungal Spores are quite easy to get and are obtained when you beat any fungi in the game, regardless of their level. To Ascend Baizhu, you will need 18 Fungal Spores, meaning you don’t have to grind too much to get this amount of the material
How to Get Crystalline Cyst Dust and Luminescent Pollen
Both the Crystalline Cyst Dust and Luminescent Pollen can be obtained in two ways. The first is to open Treasure Chests and randomly find the desired materials, while a more reliable way is to defeat fungi of Level 40 and Level 60. Finding and beating a Level 40 Fungi will give you Luminescent Pollen, while a Level 60 Fungi will give you Crystalline Cyst Dust.
