
E-Line Media has announced the release date for their upcoming deep-sea adventure game Beyond Blue. Previously, the developer announced that the game will be released in the same week as that of World Oceans Day. Since it is celebrated on June 8, 2020, Beyond Blue is releasing on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on June 11, 2020, just three days after that. To celebrate the release date announcement of the title, E-Line Media has released a brand new trailer for the game as well.
Beyond Blue is a game created alongside the show Blue Planet II and the brand new trailer features plenty of footage from this very show. The new Beyond Blue trailer is dubbed Ocean Insights Trailer and it shows us what we can expect to find in the full game when it comes out next month. The Ocean Insights are sixteen mini-documentaries that you get to unlock in the game as you explore the Western Pacific.
The new trailer also showcases some of the work of the scientists who worked with the game developers to capture the experience of bringing the deep ocean to life and also reveals the release date of Beyond BLue. Check it out below:

Beyond Blue is a unique ocean-exploration game which is set against the near-future backdrop of Earth’s oceans. It supports the real-world exploration and outreach initiative OceanX and embraces its minimally invasive exploration techniques. You get to experience the story of a crew of scientists Mirai, André, and Irina who set out to test their brand new Ocean Sense Network which has the power to shine a literal light on the unexplored depths of the ocean as they unravel its endless mysteries.
