LuckyChap Entertainment has posted a new Instagram post which reveals that production of Birds of Prey has officially wrapped up. Principal photography of the movie is now complete and the Instagram picture also reveals another important bit about the upcoming movie which is the official movie logo.
The Instagram picture is not much to look at as it shows Harley Quinn sitting in the movie director’s chair and it has the ‘Birds of Prey’ official logo on it. The caption of the post states that the movie is a wrap and we are very excited to see that the move has passed a major milestone and is one step closer for us to watch it when it comes out.
Another major thing revealed in today’s Instagram Post is the official movie logo. Earlier, we never got to see the movie’s logo however now we have confirmation on how it looks like. If you look closely at the logo, you will see silhouettes of different weapons in the logo of the movie. We might actually get to see these weapons in action in the move as well.
In Birds of Prey, Margot Robbie is reprising her role as Harley Quinn and is now living alone after splitting up with the Joker. Since we know it is not possible for Harley to live her life peacefully, she is dragged back in action when she must save a young girl, Cassandra Cain (Ella Jay Basco) from the crime lord called Black Mask (Ewan McGregor).
In the movie, Harley Quinn will partner up with three other females Black Canary (Jurnee Smollet-Bell), Renee Montoya (Rosie Pereze) and Huntress (Mary Elizabeth Winstead). After Wonder Woman, this is going to be another major DC movie with a female lead however this time, the whole gang is a female-cast, unlike Wonder Woman.
Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) is slated to release next year on February 7, 2020.
