NACON and Cyanide Studios have released a brand-new trailer of their upcoming title Blood Bowl III that showcases the new team of Black Orcs coming into the game. Blood Bowl features a large roster of various teams and Black Orcs are joining Blood Bowl III as their own team and will be using their sheer strength to take down their opposition. Blood Bowl III is the third entry in the Blood Bowl franchise, and it will bring many new features to the table.
Compared to the regular Green Orcs, the Black Orcs are bigger and stronger than their greenskin brothers. Their team comprises regular-sized orcs as well as goblins which play a vital role in the team. While the normal orcs use their sheer strength and brute force to clear paths, the goblins use their agility and training to zip past the opposition towards their goals in order to score. Accompanying the orcs and goblins, you will also have a troll who might be stupid, but they pack the most punch out of the bunch.
As you would have guessed, Black Orcs lack in speed as they are heavy and strong. Because of this, they are not very good when it comes to chasing our team players so you will need to cut them across using another player on your team. Simply chasing down opposition will not get you anything, so your strategy and playstyle automatically change with the Black Orcs. But because of this strength, they are not that easy to take down. You will need to use your goblins for carrying the ball around since they are the most agile on your team but it also means that they are vulnerable so you will have to provide them protection using your orcs. Goblins are also cheap so you can recruit plenty of goblins easily for substitutions in your team. They will be your main scorers. Trolls are the most powerful members of Black Orcs however also the most unpredictable on your team.
Blood Bowl III is the third entry on NACON and Cyanide Studios’ bloody football franchise where you play as one of the fantasy teams. There are different races in the game as teams such as Humans, Orcs, Dark Elves, Elven Union, Skaven, Dwarf, Nurgle, and Chaos Chosen. Now Dark Orcs are joining the ranks of these other teams as their unique team in the game. Blood Bowl 3 is planned for an August 2021 release on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Steam, and Nintendo Switch.
