Developer Kruger & Flint Productions has revealed their brand-new fast-paced demonic shooter Bloodhound which is now live on Kickstarter. The developer aims to go for Kickstarter since it is looking to finance further development of the game. To give you a slice of the title, you can download a free demo for the game right now on Steam and try it out before supporting the title’s Kickstarter.
Bloodhound is a first-person shooter which is inspired by classic and arcade shooters. The game’s main campaign follows the actions of a member of a secret faction of the Templar Order who is fighting to stop the demonic cult of Astaroth. Check out the reveal trailer below:

It is a game created out of passion – the kind we would like to play. It’s brutal, it’s intense and there’s blood. It’s all served in a heavy, horror reminiscent atmosphere. Our main inspirations were Doom, Quake, and Painkiller, but we also reached the work of Zdzisław Beksiński, rich in decay centric pieces and apocalyptic motives.

- 15 types of enemies and 4 bosses
- Various game modes
- Satisfactory arsenal (10 weapons)
- Blood-pumping metal music (Sons of Amon)
The full version of Bloodhound will include a full campaign mode with 4 Acts set in diverse and terrifying locations. You will go against 15 types of enemies and each act will also feature a different boss. To slaughter these demons, you will have 10 weapons at your disposal. The weapons include a machete, flamethrower attached chainsaw, shotgun, railgun, crossbow, and missile launcher.

Additional game modes are in the pipeline as well however the developer will share details about them at a later point. Bloodhound is slated for release around mid-2022 on PC and it will begin its journey in Early Access for PC via Steam. The official launch of the game is planned for August 2022, and it will first be released on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. A PS5 and PS4 release is planned for 2023.
