In this Cadence of Hyrule Puzzles Guide, we will guide on how to solve the puzzles in Cadence of Hyrule. Cadence of Hyrule is full of numerous puzzles that you will be required to solve before you move on to the next areas and to obtain certain items. Some of the puzzles are really neat and will really twist your mind while trying to find a solution for them. However, you will find the solutions to the puzzles below and solve them easily in the game.

Puzzles such as the Windmill Hut Music Note Puzzle, Windmill Hut Crate Puzzle, and Lost Woods Puzzles are all detailed below. Puzzles Guide – Cadence of Hyrule

Our Cadence of Hyrule Puzzles Guide will detail all puzzles in the game and how you can solve them easily to obtain certain items in the game.

Windmill Hut Music Note Puzzle

You will come across this puzzle in the Windmill Hut. This is a very simple puzzle to solve but only if you have a good memory. The game will play a tune for you and you will need to replay it again with some buttons on the screen. You must play the tune in the correct order in order to wake up the NPC brothers and get a cool, new ability from them.

Once you have listened to the tune and the game asks you to play it again, press the buttons in the following order to wake up the brothers.

Light blue>Dark blue>Purple>Light blue>Dark blue>Purple>Yellow>Dark green>Yellow, dark green, yellow, light green, red.

Once you have followed this sequence in the correct order, the sleeping brothers will wake up and you will unlock a brand new ability ‘Downward Slice’ which will allow you to jump down from ledges and kill enemies standing below you.

Windmill Hut Crate Puzzle

After solving the previous puzzle, your work is not done in the Windmill and you have to solve another puzzle right away. This is the Crate Puzzle and it is located on the left side of the same screen where you solved the Music Note Puzzle. To solve this puzzle, simply follow the following steps.

• Go to the two crates on the rightmost side of the puzzle.
• Push the one below to the left inside of the puzzle.
• Now push the top one down so that it aligns with the one that you just pushed inside.
• Now you will have only one crate sticking out of the puzzle on the right side.
• Once these are out of the way, go in the puzzle and move the crate on the left side, one step to the left.
• Go down and push the cate down to give you space to move to the last crate blocking the way to the stairs.
• Go to the last crate and push it further left and your path to the stairs will be clear.

Once the path is clear, use the stairs to move on to the next area.

Lost Woods Puzzle Guide

You will come across this puzzle inside the stump in the Lost Woods. You can start by eliminating all enemies in the area and then head to the south where you will come to a bigger tree stump which has an X on its top. Go inside this stump where you will come to an area where you will find Tingle sleeping.

Your goal here is to wake Tingle up and get the Dowser from him. To do so, go towards the statue and wake it up. This will cause the rock near it to start moving alongside the notes to the beat. To keep track of when to press the button, simply look for the green bars to get in the center of the golden triangle at the bottom.

Keep moving to the beat until the rock clears the entire lap of the notes. Once it does, this will wake up Tingle and you will be able to get the Dowser which is an item that will help you get to the end of the level and reach the Lost Swamp and the dungeon. If you want to ask the Dowser for directions, simply go near an exit and use it. If your controller vibrates, you are heading the right way.

Hyrule Castle Statue Puzzle – How to Get the Caladbolg

You will come across this puzzle right at the entrance of the Hyrule Castle. From the main entrance of the castle, turn left and you will arrive at this puzzle room however you will need to clear the magical barriers first to get access to this room. Use the switch in the Hyrule Castle afterward to open the door. Use the block in the area to get to the switch and open the door.

You will need the bow and Longshot to clear this puzzle easily. After entering the room, start by killing all the enemies inside. You will notice that inside the room, there are four platforms with the lower-right one has stairs leading back outside where the chest is located. You have to get to this platform.

Once the enemies are dealt with, head to the platform on the lower left the side and get on it. From there, shoot the small box sitting behind the railings on the platform on the upper left section of the room. This will cause the box to fall down to the ground level.

Now approach the box from the left side of the upper left platform and push it to the right until it is one block right of the golden planter without any plant in it. Do not push it any further on top of the upper right platform.

Now that is is in place, go back around the upper right platform and then around the platform on the upper right side and then push the box down all the way until it can be pushed from the right side to the left between the upper left and the lower left platform.

Now go back around the upper right platform and push the box between the upper left platform and the lower left platform. These are the platforms from where you shot the box and where the box was sitting initially. Now that you have formed a bridge between the two platforms, you can get access to the platform where the box was sitting.

Go back to the lower left platform and use the box to get to the upper left platform. Once you have crossed the platform, you can use your longshot to cross to the upper right platform and then to the lower left platform where the stairs are present. Use the stairs to go to the top and open the chest to get the Caladbolg which is the strongest sword in the game.

Future Hyrule Pig Statue Puzzle

This puzzle can only be solved once you are in the future version of Hyrule Castle. You will find this puzzle in the same room where you earlier solved the Hyrule Castle Pig Statue puzzle however this time, you are in the future so a new puzzle awaits you.

Before solving this puzzle, make sure that have a pair of Hover Boots with you as it will make solving this puzzle very easy. You can easily find them in dungeons or certain shops in the game. Now back to the puzzle, with the Hover Boots equipped, push the green block all the way to the top and towards the water.

Once done, simply get over this block and cross the river. You will now have access to the chest when you climb over to the platform where the chest is sitting. I highly recommend that you use Hover Boots for this puzzle as it makes it very easy.

Gerudo Village Music Note Puzzle

You will come across this simple puzzle in Gerudo Village when you have to move a block to get on top of a Play button and then play out a sequence of music notes. Start the puzzle by moving the green block near the platform of the Play button and using it to getting at the platform and ultimately on the Play button.

Once you’ve managed to press the button, a music sequence will be played which you will be required to play in the same sequence to solve the puzzle. After listening to the tune, follow the pattern Dark Green>Yellow>Light Blue>Dark Blue>Repeat. You must replay the same tune again to solve the puzzle.
