Call of Duty: Warzone, Black Ops Cold War Season 2 Launching Next Week

Cold War Season 2

Treyarch has officially revealed Season 2 for Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops Cold War with a new trailer. Season 2 for Warzone and Cold War officially begins next week on February 25, 2021, and the new trailer showcases unique new weapons that will be part of the new season when it lands next week. It will also include new Operators like all previous seasons however additional details about the weapons and operators have not been revealed at this point.

Check out the reveal trailer below before we jump into the details:

The new reveal trailer acts more of a teaser trailer than an actual reveal trailer. The trailer features a team of soldiers flying over a jungle in Laos looking for someone known as Naga. Naga is trying to secure a shipment of Nova 6 which he plans to ship to Verdansk and he manages to escape from the soldiers only to make an elite soldier team arrive on the scene to look for him. This elite squad might be hiding the new operators arriving in the new season however we did manage to spot two new weapons in the trailer.

Both of these weapons are under-use by the elite unit of soldiers. One of them is a crossbow while the other one looks like a Galil which is an Israeli-made automatic rifle. It might be different but the trailer surely makes it look like something that belongs to the IMI Galil family. Further details about the new content coming in the new season is yet to be announced including weapons and new operators however we know that the next season is dropping next week so we can expect more details dropping soon as well.
