Review: Clive 'N' Wrench

Numskull Games have just announced their upcoming 3D retro platformer Clive ‘N’ Wrench, which is planned for a release this winter for Nintendo Switch and PC. The game will take players back to the 90s with its retro-style gaming as the story revolves around time travel.

The game features two main characters, Clive the rabbit, and his sidekick money called Wrench. Join this dynamic duo as they embark on some crazy adventures through time and space in their unusual choice of transport, a magical 1950’s fridge.

Both Clive and Wrench are on a mission to undo the damage caused by their cousin Nancy and put an end to Dr Daucus’ crusade. Players will be in for a wild ride in the fridge as both the characters take them whirling through time and space encountering all sorts of wild adventures. The time-traveling will take you to places such as the Middle-Age-Crisis town, the cold prehistoric Iceceratops, and the eerie Tempus Tombs of ancient Egypt among other places.

There are 11 levels in this 3D platformer, where each level features its own boss that you have to battle. In addition, you will also meet many characters on the journey as you tackle the challenges.
