Neon-Neoir Exploration Game Cloudpunk to Launch Next Month on PS5

UK publisher Merge Games and developer Ion Lands have announced to launch of their upcoming neon-noir exploration game, Cloudpunk on PlayStation 5. Cloudpunk will launch on 19 August, while a physical edition will follow on 26 August.

The game has been overhauled and optimized for the next generation, where you will get to explore an immense cyberpunk city with all new features including Dualsense haptic feedback, higher fidelity visuals, and a Cockpit mode.

The new haptic feedback will allow you to feel the rain effects, while the adaptive triggers will kick in when your vehicle is damaged. The lightbar of the control will reflect your all-important fuel status.

The game is a neon-noir story that is set in a rain-drenched cyberpunk metropolis. You start the game with your first night on the job working the Cloudpunk delivery service. There are only two rules to follow: don’t miss a delivery, and don’t as what’s in the package.

In Cloudpunk, you will get to explore an immense Cyberpunk city with your hovercar and on foot. Unravel mysterious in a work corporate conspiracy, hackers, and rogue AI. Your decisions will have a lasting impact on the inhabitants of Nivalis.
