Company of Heroes 3 Final Multiplayer Test Goes Live Before Release

Relic Entertainment and SEGA have announced that the final chance to play Company of Heroes 3 is now live in the final multiplayer tech test of the game. The final multiplayer tech test for Company of Heroes 3 is now live for free for everyone on Steam and players who want to jump into the game for a final time before the release date can do so this weekend. This final multiplayer tech test will allow Relic to prepare for the final game by testing its servers and infrastructure on a large scale.

The free multiplayer tech test for Company of Heroes 3 is available right now and it will run until January 16, 2023, 6 PM GMT. Everyone who jumps into the multiplayer tech test will be able to try out eight different multiplayer maps set in both Italy and North Africa. They will be able to compete in 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4 matches along with Skirmish vs AI, Annihilation Mode and create Custom Games. All four factions are part of the multiplayer tech test as well as the twelve Battlegroups featured in the full release of the game.

While the multiplayer tech test of the game is being aimed at RTS fans who know the game pretty fun however there is also a tutorial mission called ‘Mission Zero’ in the game that players can use to warm up their RTS skills before jumping into the main event. All maps are also available against AI opponents so if you do not want to play against real players, you can still jump in the tech test to have a go.

Relic has shared an official blog post where players can find information on how they can report bugs and a schedule outlining any planned server downtime. Apart from this, if you have any feedback to share with the developer, you can do so by heading over to the official feedback platform COH-Development.

Company of Heroes 3 is slated for release on PC on February 23, 2023.
