Relic Entertainment has announced that the multiplayer pre-alpha for the upcoming Company of Heroes 3 is now live for players on Steam. Company of Heroes 3 is aiming at bringing back the iconic franchise to life and promising at delivering the heart-pounding combat with new layers of strategy in a Mediterranean setting. The full release of the game is slated for 2022 however fans looking forward to the game can now jump in the Multiplayer pre-alpha.
For jumping in the multiplayer pre-alpha, all you need to do is sign up for the Company of Heroes Development by heading to the official website and check out the online aspect of the game before its full release. The pre-alpha will run until December 7, 2021, 4:00 AM GMT and all players with a COH-Development account can gain access to the client. If you played the previous Pre-Alpha, you could jump in it again with the same account. You should note that this is only available on Steam.
The Company of Heroes 3 Multiplayer Pre-Alpha will allow you to jump online and experience four Italian maps in different game modes. You will have access to co-op VS. AL players, competitive PvP, and Skirmish Vs AI while playing the familiar and brand-new features like Full Tactical Pause in skirmish mode, vehicle side armor upgrade, Verticality, Battlegroups, and Veterancy. Fans will be glad to see two factions returning to the title as well including the US forces and Wehrmacht.
The full version of Company of Heroes 3 will feature additional factions as well along with tons of new content. Relic is already working on making the title better by collecting fan feedback from the first Pre-Alpha Preview held back in the summer. The new Pre-Alpha packs more content so Relic Entertainment is looking forward to collecting even more feedback this time around. Additional details about the game will be released at a later stage leading to its full release.
