How to Get to Hotline Phone
To get to the Hotline Phone, you need to locate the Hotline Chamber. You can track this chamber from your map. Once you reach this chamber, you will find this phone ringing off in the distance. You cannot Levitate to the Hotline Phone and you need to find ways to create a path that leads you to it.
This can be done by first by pulling on the light bulb string that is nearby. Pulling on the string three times will teleport you to the Oceanview Motel lobby. The front desk of the hotel will have a desk call bell that you can interact with to ring it. Pressing the ring each time will unlock the three doors in the hallway with each press of the button.
Go into each of the rooms and collect the keys here until you come across the Pyramid Key. Pick it up and head back to where you got teleported tom and interact with the Pyramid Door. This will bring you back to the chamber, with a new pathway leading you to the Hotline Phone.
