CORSAIR has launched two new gaming keyboards K55 RGB PRO and K55 RGB PRO XT to get players started on their path to victory. Both of the new keyboards come loaded with RGB to light up your desktops featuring dynamic RGB backlighting and six dedicated macro keys with Elgato Stream Deck software integration for one-button actions and shortcuts. The K55 RGB PRO and the K55 RGB PRO XT both come with features that suit both newcomers and players looking to upgrade their current keyboards.
The new CORSAIR K55 RGB Pro series keyboards are excellent at illuminating your desktops with five zones of RGB lighting with six preset onboard lighting effects. The K55 RGB PRO XT takes this one step further with its per-key RGB backlighting, offering ten onboard lighting effects and near-limitless customization through CORSAIR’s iCUE software. The software recently received a new, redesigned user interface for even more intuitive control, iCUE unlocks dynamic RGB lighting customization, key remaps, and powerful in-game macros.
Along with system-wide integration of the RGB lighting, the software also comes with exclusive iCUE game integrations when playing certain games. Both of the new keyboards are equipped with six dedicated macro keys that allow you to easily activate customized functions, shortcuts, and actions at the press of a key. Macro keys can also be integrated with the Elgato Stream Deck software to activate streaming commands and elevate your content to new heights. Both versions also come with seven dedicated media and volume keys.
CORSAIR has not compromised on the build quality of these new keyboards as well as both of them are IP42-rated to protect the keyboards against dust and spills. Both come with a soft, detachable palm rest so that you are all set for long gaming sessions. The keys are quite and responsive and they offer a discreet typing experience with a tactile bump. Anti-ghosting with selective key rollover ensures that even the simultaneous keypresses are registered. A dedicated Windows Key Lock button prevents accidental interruptions during gaming sessions are well.
