CORSAIR has announced its upcoming acquisition of Fanatec Sim Racing, a product line owned by Endor AG. The agreement, which is set to close soon, includes the integration of Fanatec’s team into CORSAIR while allowing Fanatec’s headquarters to remain in Landshut, Germany, where the company will continue developing its Sim Racing products. This acquisition marks an important expansion for CORSAIR as it taps into the growing Sim Racing market.
Fanatec has built a reputation for delivering high-quality SIM racing products, including force-feedback steering wheels, pedals, shifters, and fully equipped cockpits for racing simulators on platforms such as PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. The brand is beloved by racing enthusiasts worldwide for creating immersive experiences that bring the thrill of racing into homes and specialized racing centers.
Andy Paul, CEO of CORSAIR, expressed his excitement over the deal, stating, “We have long admired the Fanatec brand and are excited to bring these incredible products to an even wider audience. Both companies have assured customers that the transition of ownership will not affect the prompt delivery of orders or disrupt customer service.
