Publisher Maximum Games and developer Only By Midnight have announced that the indie shoot ‘em up title Curved Space is launching in 2021. Curved Space has been announced for release in 2021 on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series, PS4, PS5, and PC. The twin-stick shooter takes inspiration from classic arcade games and modern shmup concepts that the genre is known for.

Curved Space is an intense arcade-style twin-stick shooter that is based on the classic formula but plunges the game into the weirdest reaches of space. You will be able to battle cosmic space-invading spiders across curved landscapes where the bullets hug the surface and the terrain eventually drops out of sight at the horizon.
You will be able to find new weapon power-ups and upgrades while making sure that you survive the enemy onslaught and kill interdimensional bugs and huge bosses at the same time. Christina Seelye founder and CEO of Maximum Games added:
