How to Defeat Adam Smasher

In the first phase of the boss battle, Adam Smasher relies on his ferocious melee attacks. Don’t be food by this method of fighting from him, as he is very menacing and aggressive in the first stage with his melee attacks.

Your best chance of taking him down is to prepare yourself with both ranged and close-ranged weapons. A few grenades will also help to take out the smaller enemy ninjas he calls up to support him in the fight.

Adam will always follow you around, looking for any or all ways to hit you with his quick melee attacks. In between the mix, he will use a few of his weapons and missiles to hit you and mix up the fight. In this first stage, your focus should be to take out his right arm. This ensures that he stops following you around aggressively and melee attack you.

You don’t have to worry about using a sniper rifle in the first stage as Adam will always be close behind chasing you. You should instead look for ways to shoot off his right arm with either a shotgun or any high damage dealing weapon. Once his arm is gone, the fight becomes somewhat manageable as he calls out his ninja enemies that come for you instead.

The smaller ninja enemies are pesky as they can easily dodge your bullets, encouraging you to waste them even more. To counter this, you can use grenades to take them down as they don’t dodge away from them. Meanwhile, Adam Smasher will be using his mini rocket launcher that homes in on your location, forcing you to move around.

When you are done with the smaller enemies, you can then bring out your sniper rifle and focus on his missile launcher on his left shoulder. Once you have taken out this weapon as well, Adam Smasher will be the weakest in the fight, highly vulnerable at this point, and you can take him out pretty easily.
