CDPR has confirmed that it has a big show planned for E3 2019 and with that in mind fans were expecting to get a hands-on demo for Cyberpunk 2077 to see what the actual gameplay is like. But it seems that is not going to be possible at the Electronic Entertainment Expo this year.
Marcin Momot, Head of Global Community at CD Projekt RED confirmed this on Twitter. He mentioned that Cyberpunk 2077 will have a demo at E3 2019 but you can only watch the devs play the game. Players and media that will be there at the event will be able to see the gameplay but will not be able to play a demo of Cyberpunk 2077 at E3 2019.
Last time a presentation was shown to media and select few behind closed doors so some people might be able to get access to a demo that the general public will not be able to experience. We will only find out at E3 2019 so we will have to wait for the event.
The Cyberpunk 2077 demo is going to be a major highlight of E3 2019 and we are hoping to get a release date this time. You can expect to see more of the game at the Microsoft conference. While there is little that we know about the game, CDPR has confirmed that the game is inspired by Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines.
Hyped to share with you that we’ll be present in the public zone at E3 2019, too! #Cyberpunk2077 pic.twitter.com/bT2d7mA3QC

We can also tell you that the game is going to have memorable NPCs like Ciri and Geralt from The Witcher series. CDPR has also mentioned that the gunplay in Cyberpunk 2077 is a mix of realistic and arcade. There is going to be a lot of sex and nudity in the game and we have already seen those themes in the 40-minute demo that was released online.
Let us know what you think about Cyberpunk 2077 being having a hands-on at E3 2019 and whether or not you are interested in playing the game when it comes out.
