Qubic Games has announced that the 2D, open-world Cyberpunk RPG Dex, originally developed by Dreadlocks Ltd is releasing on Nintendo Switch. Dex is slated for release on Nintendo Switch on July 24, 2020. Dex follows the story of a mysterious blue-haired girl names Dex who is on a mission to take down the powerful and enigmatic organization that rules the city of Harbor Prime.
Dex is a cyberpunk infused, 2D side-scrolling action-RPG with a Metroidvania twist. The game features fully voiced characters, branching storylines, and quests. You will be able to reach multiple endings in the game based on your choices. There is also a wide spectrum of upgrades and skills to custom fit four distinct playstyles.
Depending on your playstyle, you can go for silent assassin, gunfighter, diplomat, or hacker. You can further enhance your character by installing augmentations that allow you special superhuman abilities and allow you to take brand new ways that were not possible before.
