Tokyo-based video game publisher and developer Cygames Inc has revealed its exciting lineup for Anime Expo 2024, including the highly anticipated English version of Umamusume: Pretty Derby. Cygames booth will be present in the Exhibit Hall at booth #3306 with a variety of video games and merchandise and attendees can visit them to enjoy a variety of activities including demos, photo opportunities, rewards, and exclusive merchandise. Anime Expo 2024 is set to take place from July 4–7 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
The development of the English version of Umamusume: Pretty Derby is currently underway, and AX attendees will be among the first to experience it. By visiting the Cygames booth, fans can play the demo and receive a random Umamusume: Pretty Derby sticker as a reward. In Umamusume: Pretty Derby, players take on the role of a trainer at Tracen Academy, a racing powerhouse. The goal is to guide trainee Umamusume through rigorous training and races, experiencing immersive gameplay, captivating stories, thrilling races, and vibrant concerts—all beautifully rendered in 3D.
Cygames is also featuring Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond at their booth, offering a unique photo booth experience where attendees can transform themselves into Legendary cards and receive an exclusive sticker. Additionally, fans can earn a Shadowverse: Evolve promo card by collecting stamps for Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond and Shadowverse: Evolve.
AX attendees will have the chance to try out Umamusume: Pretty Derby – Party Dash, set for release on August 30, 2024. Demo participants will receive an exclusive badge from a random Cygames title. Furthermore, new characters Sandalphon, Seofon, and Tweyen will be playable in Granblue Fantasy: Relink. Those who try out these characters will also receive an exclusive badge from a random Cygames title.
Fans of Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising can look forward to trying out Beatrix, Vane, and other DLC characters. Playing these demos will also earn attendees an exclusive badge from a random Cygames title.
Cygames is collaborating with The Berrics, offering limited-edition apparel, skateboard decks, accessories, and more featuring exclusive designs from Cygames titles. These items will be available at the Cygames booth in limited quantities.
Merchandise from popular Cygames titles like Granblue Fantasy, Umamusume, and Shadowverse will be available for purchase at the CyStore within the Cygames booth. This presents a great opportunity for fans to collect unique and exclusive items from their favorite games.
