Ten Square Games, a founding partner of the Make Green Tuesday Moves (MGTM) initiative, has announced a collaboration with Hollywood icon David Hasselhoff. Known for his iconic roles in “Knight Rider” and “Baywatch,” David Hasselhoff has joined forces with PlanetPlay’s and Ten Square Games’ MGTM initiative, aiming to inspire gamers worldwide to take tangible actions against climate change.

Starting July 2nd, Fishing Clash players are encouraged to participate in a special event, purchasing exclusive green items that support certified sustainability projects via PlanetPlay’s eco-donate platform. Hasselhoff’s involvement is set to enhance the campaign’s visibility and impact, with the actor releasing exclusive video messages explaining the MGTM initiative and his reasons for backing it.

In celebration of this event, Fishing Clash will feature a unique fishing challenge themed around Hasselhoff’s famous roles. Lower-level players can catch a special fish inspired by his iconic characters, while advanced players will face additional challenges. Successfully catching this high-point fish will unlock a VIP event where players can compete for top scores and grand prizes, including exclusive vanity items. Fishing Clash offers two special packages priced at 5 EUR and 15 EUR, emphasizing that even small contributions can make a significant difference.

The MGTM initiative will also be highlighted on the Google Play Store from July 2-15, 2024. This promotion will include an overview of the mission, showcases of Hasselhoff’s video messages, and a list of all participating games, ensuring extensive visibility and engagement across English-speaking territories.

Gamers and environmental enthusiasts are invited to join this impactful initiative. By playing Fishing Clash and purchasing exclusive green items, they can contribute to sustainability efforts and combat climate change. More information, including how to purchase the package and support ecological initiatives, is available on the PlanetPlay platform.

Ten Square Games has been spearheading the MGTM movement since its inception, launching monthly events on the first Tuesday of each month. These events, featuring dedicated in-game offers and special items available through PlanetPlay, allow players to support various ecological initiatives while enjoying their favorite games. The July event marks the third MGTM event, following successful campaigns in April and June. The inaugural event, announced on Earth Day (April 23, 2024), featured a week-long challenge to clean the waters of Lake Constance. The second event, held on June 4, 2024, introduced players to the new Dubai fishing spot, offering fresh challenges and rewards.

Andrzej Ilczuk, CEO of Ten Square Games, emphasized the company’s commitment to sustainability: “This collaboration is particularly close to our hearts as it ties directly into the themes of nature and conservation found in our Fishing Clash and Hunting Clash games. As one of the first studios participating in Make Green Tuesday Moves, we firmly believe we can leverage the passion of our players and our creativity to combat climate change. This is a powerful example of how games can go beyond entertainment and foster a positive impact on the environment.”
