Online Multiplayer Survival Game DayZ Finally Gets a PS4 Release Date

DayZ Update 1.4

Announced last year, DayZ finally gets a PS4 release date and it is arriving at the end of this month. Bohemia Interactive’s online multiplayer survival shooter that was previously only available on PC and Xbox One is now finally coming to PS4 and players will be able to try out the game that set the base straight for all modern battle royale games.

DayZ’s battle royale was available on PS4 for a long time however it was a big glitch mess however now the full game is making its way to Sony’s flagship console. This was revealed on the official PlayStation Blog where a number of games were also listed which are releasing on the console over the next few days.

In DayZ, players will try to survive in an open-world environment with over 60 players playing on the same server. Players will need to scavenge resources and supplies and kill other players on the same map in order to survive. The last player surviving in the game will ultimately win the game.

Players can also team up with other players if they want to increase their chances of survival in the game. The game also features a perma-death feature so if your character dies in the game, it will die forever and you cannot simply respawn from a checkpoint and continue with it again. This further increases the challenge and the fear of getting killed around every corner of the game.
