How to Pee in Death Stranding
There are two ways to pee in Death Stranding. If you have access to your private room, you can simply head to the toilet and pee inside. While inside the toilet, you can either sit on it or stand. If you want to pee, choose stand and then you can pee in the toilet.
If you are outside, exploring the world of Death Stranding and you need to pee, you will need to improvise. To pee outside, go to a suitable spot and press and hold L2 to make SAM unzip his pants and then if you press and hold R2, SAM will pee and empty his bladder.
Using Pee to Make EX Grenade
You can only use your pee to create EX Grenades if you pee inside your private room. After you pee in a private room, you will automatically receive EX Grenades which are extremely effective against BTs. They will stun them and in some cases slow them down which will give you plenty of time to get away from them with your life. If you want to make it personal, you can pee directly on BTs as well however using EX Grenades is a better and more effective method against them.
