Merge Games is teaming up with PLAYISM for a physical release of the game Deeeer Simulator: Your Average Everyday Deer Game. PLAYISM is one of Japan’s oldest publishers and Merge Games is teaming up with them for their latest physical retail release of the title. Announced for Summer 2022, DEEER Simulator: Your Average Everyday Deer Game is getting its physical release for PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
The physical version of the DEEEER Simulator will sell across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. Initially developed by Japanese indie developer Gibier Games, DEEER Simulator lets you become a deer and step into the life of a not-so-average deer. The developer also calls the game a ‘Slow-Life Town Destruction Game’ as you spend your days loitering around a peaceful town with other animals.
If you want a change of pace, you can also weaponize your stretchy neck and pointy antlers to completely destroy everything that comes in your path and everyone who is located around you. If you start destroying everything around you, you will have to face the extra-tough animal police, including kung fu master sheep, bears who transform into police cars, and rabbits with ridiculously over-developed ears. Everyone will try to get you and if you want to get out alive, you will have to point your weapons in the right position.
Everyone who purchases the physical version of DEEEER Simulator: Your Average Everyday Deer Game will also get The Final Evolution of DEEEER DLC which will allow you to unlock additional skins in the game including a giraffe and a tiger along with remotely-detonated sushi bombs and a certain assassin from the sea. The physical version of the game is slated for release in August, and it will be priced at $29.99, €29.99, £24.99 on PlayStation 4 and $34.99, €34.99, £29.99 on Nintendo Switch.
