How to Defeat
Before you start your barrage of attacks at the boss and the enemies, understand that there is a powerful weapon in this boss battle area that you can obtain right from the start and use it against all the enemies. The weapon here is the Storm ruler, which can be found in the area with the flying Storm Beasts.
When you get close, go to the side with the cliff on the left and you will spot the Storm Ruler weapon. Pick it up and then use it to defeat all the six Storm Beast enemies. If you have the Thief’s Ring equipped, you can make things easier for yourself to sneak up at the beasts and then use the Storm Ruler when they are close enough. Once you are done dealing with all the six Storm Beasts, you can now make your way to the Storm King.
The Storm King has one main attack where the boss approaches you and shoots its stingers that land on the ground. You can dodge these stingers or try to take some cover behind an object. To make things easier, you can basically go towards the ruined house which provides ample cover to hide behind, wait for the boss to get near and waste its attack, and then use the Storm Ruler to counter-attack.
Every time the boss ends its attack, get out from the cover, land a few good hits with the powerful weapon, and retreat back into cover for the boss to return. Repeat this step for an effective and decisive victory in the end.
