How to Unlock Bad Juju in Destiny 2
Start by heading to the Nessus and visiting the barge. Check the chest sitting next to Werner 99-40 and open it. The chest will cost you 5,000 glimmer to open but will really help you towards getting your access to Tribute Hall. When you get the ‘Invitation from The Emperor’, head to the Tribute Hall. You can get there through the Directory in the Destinations. O your way, you will find a large statue of Calus called Visage of Calus. Speak with the statue to get access to Calus’s Bounties.
Purchase any bounty and complete it. You can come here anytime and take on as many bounties as you like. They rotate after some time so you will have something fresh to look forward every time you come here. Coming back to the exotic weapon, after you have completed any of the bounties, you will receive a Boon of Opulence. This must be presented to the statue. Do it and you will be granted access to the Tribute Hall.
Enter the Tribute Hall and you will notice a lot of places inside where you can place tributes to Calus. To find out more about these tributes, check the triumphs in the Destinations sector under The Tribute Hall. You are required to complete a specific action while wearing Calus theme equipment if you want to offer a tribute. You can use any gear or weapon that dropped from the Leviathan raid or the Menagerie event.
If you don’t want to complete the tributes, you can dish out some materials and purchase them from Calus. They will cost 130 planetary materials/260 Legendary Shards/2850 Bright Dust along with nearly 12,000 glimmer. If you complete some more bounties every day, you can get a huge discount of 80% on these tributes.
To proceed to the next level of the quest, you must submit 18 tributes by any means necessary. Once done, you will be directed to a chest in the middle of the Tribute Hall where Bad Juju is present. However, upon heading to the chest, a portal will open and will take you to the other side. Here you must complete the area by defeating all enemies and the final Cabal boss. Once done, enter the exit portal to return to the Tribute Hall where the chest will open and give you the Bad Juju exotic weapon. You can now work towards earning the catalyst and for this, you must offer around 45 tributes and then you will be able to purchase the catalyst from Calus.
