Destiny 2 is to get the next DLC Black Armory as a part of annual pass. Fans speculated that the DLC will get released in December. Now, the weekly update made it official. Black Armory is set to release December 4, 2018.
Black Armory is part of annual pass and it costs $39.99. However, if you do not have annual pass, then Black Armory is not available for purchase separately.
The end of November will see the Season 05 in Destiny 2. Season 05 is also named as ‘Season of the Forge’ and it will begin November 27, 2018. The Season 05 will bring in Iron Banner, Heavy Machine Guns and gear from ‘The Black Armory’: it has all the greatest and heaviest weapons of Golden Age.
The weekly Bungie update mentions that Season 5 in Destiny 2 will start by the end of this month and will run till March 4, 2019. The Season of Forge will bring it the Iron Banner events and heavy fights to Destiny 2.
Bungie is also planning a brand new ViDoc. This was also confirmed in the weekly update of Bungie. A teaser trailer or a gameplay trailer is likely to be dropped near the release date.
Destiny 2 is still in promotion for a free grab. If you have not bought the game still, you have time till November 18, 2018 to claim a free copy of Destiny 2.
Those of you who do not have Battle.net account, will need to do one additional step to claim the free copy of Destiny 2 PC version. Any accounts created after 11:00 a.m. PDT on November 2 will be required to enable Blizzard SMS Protect before claiming their free Destiny 2 copy.
Destiny 2 is for returning players as well as for those who never had the chance to play the first game. The game story narrative is directed in a way that it feels like a sequel to the first game but at the same time tells a story that new comers will not feel left out.
