Crimson Days is coming back to Destiny 2 and Bungie has just announced the bounties and rewards that players will be able to unlock. Players will be delighted to know that some of these rewards can be unlocked even if you do not own Forsaken expansion.
Bungie has published a new blog post on their official website which has revealed everything about bounties and different rewards coming with Crimson Days. Crimson Days is starting next week on February 12 and fans will be able to play in the Crimson Doubles playlist just like last time.
According to Bungie’s recent blog post, the Crimson Doubles playlist will have the similar 2v2 PvP battles along with a special perk and also new PvE bounties which will give players a special currency which can be then used for different rewards. These new bounties can be accessed from Shaxx.
Each day, four bounties will be added with Shaxx and one new bounty will come every week. The weekly bounty will be Nightfall Duo bounty which will require two players to complete it so make sure that you have a friend ready to complete them with you.
Upon completion, these bounties each will give you 15 Confectionery Hearts. This is a timed and limited currency which will only work on items related to Crimson Days. Try to complete as many of these bounties if you want to unlock all of the cool rewards this year’s Crimson Days is bringing with it.
If you want to earn big, complete the Nightfall Duo bounty and it will give you 75 Confectionery Hearts. If you do not want to complete bounties, you can simply jump in Crimson Doubles playlist. Upon completion, if you win you will get 7 Confectionery Hearts and if you lose you will get 5 Confectionery hearts.
You can use them and unlock the following rewards with Shaxx.
Legendary Ghost Shell – Tirastrella
It requires 25 Confectionery Hearts.
Exotic Sparrow – Undeterred
It requires 50 Confectionery Hearts.
Legendary Bow – The Vow
It requires 100 Confectionery Hearts.
Wardcliff Coil Ornament
It requires 125 Confectionery Hearts.
Legendary Emote – Flaunting Dance
It requires 150 Confectionery Hearts.
Warmhearted Gift Package
It requires 15 Confectionery Hearts and you can purchase multiple gift packages. Each gift package can contain Enhancement Cores, weapons, mods, resources and other items. This will be based on your luck on how better the items you get from each.
Out of all these rewards, The Vow can be earned by all players whether they own Forsaken or not. This is one of the best bows in the game. Crimson Days is starting February 12 and will run until February 19. Players who want to unlock these rewards will need to play the game during this time frame and earn enough Confectionery Hearts and unlock rewards.
