Once you are ready, you can take on this raid. The Sanctified Mind boss is the final boss that comes after you defeat the Consecrated Mind boss in the first encounter.

Below we have detailed how you can defeat the final boss in the Garden of Salvation Raid called Sanctified Mind.
How to Defeat Sanctified Mind
To defeat this boss, you will need two teams to work together by taking turns in defending the two towers, while the other team goes to collect the motes. When the boss fight begins, you will be able to spot weak spots on the enemy. Shoot them, and this will spawn a circle portal.
When the portal opens up, two players need to head into each portal and they will be transported to an area filled with enemies where you con collect motes. Meanwhile, the team that stays behind has to defend the two towers near the enemy. These towers will be attacked by smaller enemies. If any of the towers gets destroyed, the raid will fail.
When the first team has collected 10 motes, they will be transported back to the main area with the boss. Now you have to deliver the motes to each of the two towers. This will give them the Enlightened buff. At this point, this is where the other team will have their roles reversed by going to collect the motes, while the first team now stays to defend the towers. The buff is needed to break the enemy shields so that you can take them down.
With this cycle of collecting motes and defending towers, there will come a point where you will have enough motes delivered to the towers. This is where a glowing cross will appear right in front of the boss. Your task here is to tether the two towers with this cross in the right order. The white one goes to the white tower, while the orange will go to the black tower. This will trigger the phase where you can deal damage to the boss. Now you and your teammates should focus on hitting the weak spot of the enemy to deal the most damage you can.
If you do this correctly, and shoot at its weak spots, you can defeat the boss in 5 to 6 cycles of the damage phase. Keep switching places in collecting emotes and defending the towers, and wait for the time you can deal damage to the Sanctified Mind.
