Where to Find Horned Wreath
The first thing you need to do, which is what the quest will also detail when you activate it, is to go to the Hellmouth region on The Moon. Once you reach the marked objective of the quest, you will be taken to a big door leading inside. There will be a lot of enemies here, and you can choose to fight them, or skip them to traverse deeper in this area.
Keep following the path all the way, until you reach a dungeon area with a lot of prisons. This area will contain a lot of tough enemies that you can fight, but if you don’t want to, you can just avoid it and dodge away from the attacks. At the end of this area, you will reach a bigger room where you will come across an Ogre. Now take the item to complete the Essence of Vanity quest. Make sure you also complete the other objectives so that the quest is 100% complete at the end when you get the Horned Wreath.
