In this Destiny 2: Shadowkeep Vex Offensive Guide, we will guide you on how you can unlock and play the Vex Offensive in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep. Vex Offensive is a great co-cop activity that will allow you to earn some pretty cool Vex armor if your Power level is high enough. The activity is now available to all Shadowkeep players since the Garden of Salvation raid has been completed.
However, before you can get access to Vex Offensive in the game, you have to complete an additional quest that unlocks Vex Offensive for you. We have curated this guide in which we have detailed exactly how you can unlock this brand new activity in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep. We have also detailed how you can complete the initial Eyes on the Moon quest which gives you access to Vex Offensive.
Vex Offensive Guide – Destiny 2: Shadowkeep
Our Destiny 2: Shadowkeep Vex Offensive Guide details everything that you need to know about unlocking the new Vex Offensive activity in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep.
Obtaining Eyes on the Moon and Unlocking Vex Offensive
Your first step in order to unlock the Vex Offensive is the Eyes on the Moon Quest. Start by heading the Tower as you will receive a notice shortly in the game to meet with Ikora in The Tower. Once there, she will update you on the pending Vex invasion and also give you a brand new item called Vex Invasion Emergent Protocol. This will task you with two tasks.
- Kill 3 Gate Lords
- Kill 100 Vex Enemies
The 3 Gate Lords are located in Anchor of Light, Hellmouth and Archer’s Line. The Vex can be killed anywhere to complete the requirements. You can kill them in the locations marked on your map with the Vex Goblin Heads which essentially represent the spots which are Vex Invasion Zones. Once done, you will obtain the Eyes on the Moon.
Once you have it, go and speak with Eris Morn to obtain the Raid Banner which unlocks the Vex Offensive. Now you can gather you can begin the matchmaking for Vex Offensive as it requires six players and the recommended Power level is also 750. Make sure you meet the Power level requirement before jumping in the mode.
