Codemasters has released the launch trailer for their upcoming rally simulation title Dirt Rally 2.0 and it shows how much the title has improved over its first one. The new trailer goes through all the game modes present in the upcoming title and also shows us the brilliant visuals and effects the new game is bringing with it.

Dirt Rally 2.0 is a more hardcore simulation based rally title by Codemasters. It is very different from its traditional Dirt franchise as it is focused on more serious racing rather than Dirt’s somewhat arcade rally approach to the event.

The first title Dirt Rally was released back in 2015. It started its life as an Early Access title and was greatly loved by WRC fans all over the world. It made it to final production and later also came out on consoles in 2016. Its hardcore rally mechanics and true to core racing simulation has made it one of the best rally video game franchises in the market.

Dirt Rally 2.0 picks up the same concept and improves every bit of the rally title. It features more cars, more rally tracks and also improved and better rally simulation mechanics. It boasts an amazing range of rally-bred machines which cover for rally and rally cross. We recently covered the complete car list featured in Dirt Rally 2.0.

This time around, a heavier focus is also set on RallyCross events as it is now becoming a mainstream event just like normal rally so players can expect better mechanics, more events and even more RallyCross vehicles in the game. Fans of the sport will love the cars featured in the title.

The game also features a lot more rally tracks bringing back fan favorite tracks from all over the world. Harshness of each terrain combined with ultra-realistic simulation mechanics promises a solid rally experiences.
