SNK Corporation has announced the arrival of the latest DLC character KIM KAPHWAN in THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV. KIM KAPHWAN is the latest DLC fighter to arrive in THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV and will be available in the game starting tomorrow, April 4, 2023. SNK has also announced that KIM KAPHWAN is arriving ahead of another DLC character GOENITZ who will arrive in the game for free later in Summer 2023.
SNK Corporation has released the latest video trailer for THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV which showcases both KIM KAPHWAN along with the upcoming GOENITZ in action. Check it out below:
KIM KAPHWAN is arriving in THE KING OF FIGHTERS tomorrow as the latest DLC fighter after the previous release of SHINGO YABUKI bringing his iconic myriad midair specials and effective jumping attacks. While KIM KAPHWAN will be a paid DLC, after him, GOENITZ will arrive in the game who is known for being the boss of THE KING OF FIGHTERS ’96. He will arrive in the game this Summer of 2023 for free and a confirmed release date will be announced later. KING OF FIGHTERS XV Season 2 will be adding seven new fighters to the game.
The very first fighter SHINGO YABUKI is already available in the game and now the second fighter KIM KAPHWAN will launch in the game tomorrow. After this, SNK has revealed the next three fighters to arrive in the game as SYLVIE PAULA PAULA, GOENITZ (free DLC), and NAJD who will arrive in the game this summer. After this, the final two fighters will be announced and they will arrive in the game at the end of this year. Fans who purchased the Fighter Pass will be glad to know that all six paid DLC characters will be available in the Fighter Pass and they will not have to purchase them separately.
